No. You can seek support whenever you feel that any emotional, relational, family or professional difficulty is affecting your well-being.

In Portuguese and Cape Verdean Creole.

Both modalities are available. Online consultations allow follow-up for people in other locations or countries, when this modality is appropriate.

Individual consultations last approximately 60 minutes and couples consultations approximately 90 minutes.

The frequency is defined after the initial assessment and can be weekly, biweekly or monthly.

You don't need to prepare a speech. The first session is a space to explain, at your own pace, what led you to seek help.

Yes. The follow-up respects confidentiality and the limits provided by law and professional obligations.

No. Private psychological consultations provided by Alma Viva Psy are not reimbursed by CNS.

No. In case of immediate danger or emergency, you should contact the competent emergency services.
